What if the property has title issues?We are in the problem solving business. If your property has title issues, we help correct them so you can sell the property. The death of a property owner often presents a fixable title issue. If necessary, we are prepared to pay for any legal bills associated with fixing title issues so you don’t have to.

What if the property has unpaid back taxes?Unpaid back taxes don’t present an issue for us. We will still purchase the property and pay the back taxes. If the back taxes are excessive, we may work with you to amend our offer amount, but we will still handle the payment of back taxes when you sell us the property.
