  • How quickly can you close on the property?
    We close on all deals within 90 days or less. We use title companies to complete our transactions and work as an intermediary to assure you that everything is done correctly. We can close on the property as soon as the title company can complete the transaction.

    Yes, once we agree on a price you are happy with. A purchase agreement is a contract to buy your land. We try to be as accurate as possible in our proposals, but we are also humans who s make mistake. For this reason, our goal is to collaborate with you to find a perfect price that works for everyone.
  • What if the property has title issues?
    We are in the problem solving business. If your property has title issues, we help correct them so you can sell the property. The death of a property owner often presents a fixable title issue. If necessary, we are prepared to pay for any legal bills associated with fixing title issues so you don’t have to.
  • What if the property has unpaid back taxes?
    Unpaid back taxes don’t present an issue for us. We will still purchase the property and pay the back taxes. If the back taxes are excessive, we may work with you to amend our offer amount, but we will still handle the payment of back taxes when you sell us the property.
